MAY 29, 2019

The Writing and Communication Center's (WCC) closed on May 22nd for the semester. It will reopen for the month of July. The actual days and hours we will be open in July are not yet determined, but when they are, we'll email an announcement that the online scheduler is open so you can make appointments. Any white slot on the online scheduler is an available appointment. So watch your email box for our announcement the last week in June if not before.

The person who makes the appointment has to be the person whom we work with, so do not make an appointment in your name for someone else. They must make the appointment themselves.

Also, the person we meet with has to be the person who wrote the document we are discussing.

If you wish to work on a document, you must bring a hard copy; we do not work on laptops and we do not print copies of documents for clients.

Be sure to check your email for the reminder notice of the date and time of your appointment.

The WCC is located in E18-233, 50 Ames Street.

You can use either the entrance at E19 (400 Main Street) or at 50 Ames Street.

You can go to http://whereis.mit.edu/  and search for E18 to see where the new building is on the MIT map.

We look forward to working with you.

Appointments begin on the hour (e.g., 10:00 a.m.) and must end no later than 10 minutes before the hour (e.g., 10:50 a.m.). Do not send manuscripts ahead of time since we do not have time to look at them before we meet with you in the Center.
